      Don’t worry if you forget some of the exercises just be consistent with your workout and routine. 1 hour is sufficient If you want to gain. In the morning. Bodies need to refuel for the day ahead after going without food for 8 to 12 hours during sleep. So, Sleep is also important If you want to do exercise in the morning.
